1. Monday 9:00; Meet at office (3101 Strandherd, Ottawa) to review gameplan and showing route.
2. Monday 10:00-16:00; First showings (10-15 minutes/house).  Goal is to identify which homes are contenders.
3. Tuesday 10:00-16:00; Second showings (30-45 minutes/house).  Goal is to identify top home(s).
4. Tuesday 17:00; Meet at office (3101 Strandherd, Ottawa) to submit offer on top choice.
5. Wednesday: Negotiate offer.  Goal is to get home conditionally sold before end of day.
6. Thursday 13:00-16:00; Home inspection(s).
7. Friday: Renegotiate following inspections if necessary.  Goal is to finalise sale.
8. Saturday: Buffer day if delays in timeline.
